Health is Wealth

As Mahatama Gandhi said: " It is health that is real wealth. "

I Being a fitness freek I know the importance of healthy living. I have committed myself to yoga – My inseparable companion and I am blessed to have Poonam (my wife) who again is a fitness bee. Her support helps me to live my love for health and adds a hand to accomplish it by sharing this love for fitness in the community.

There is nothing in life that is more valuable than good health. Without health, there is no happiness, no peace, and no success. A person with bad health cannot enjoy the pleasure of being wealthy. Money cannot buy health but a healthy body can live the bliss of peace and happiness to make wealth. One may win the world and live the wealth but will still miss the true colors of life if health, love, and gratitude is missing in his life.

In the hustle of life, we miss our breakfast lunch and dinner schedules simply to add wealth to our life. We are consciously living the idea of accumulating wealth for our children. While the fact is its our today’s Investment in health that will gift our children and grandchildren an asset indeed.

This Dhanteras lets take one step towards a healthy lifestyle and gift healthy genes and healthy habits to your children. We wish you a healthy mind and a wealthy lifestyle which could feed good food and good thought to your body; indeed a wealthy soul.

Happy Dhanteras

Yoga is religion

India is the incredible land of seers and spiritual leaders and healers. It has always been a torch holder to the west for centuries and has made a tremendous impact on the world for thousands of years. As per Adiyogi(Shiva) the first Yogi, transmitted the science of yoga to the Saptrishis. However, it was not until the birth of another legend, Maharishi Patanjali who assimilated this knowledge into a format known as Yoga Sutra.
While Gita says “Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self”. Hence whatever you are is yoga. It begins from your body to reflect your mind and soul. It is a human culture that has no religion but infinite acceptance for every doer.

Moreover, it advocates the practice of certain principles enumerates as Yama and Niyama, Asana, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. While it starts from the body postures its ultimate aim is to travel through you to reach yourself.

Yoga is an exercise.

Yoga is a discipline that needs not be learned but happens to you once you fall in love with it. It is not an exercise or a hardcore work out. It is planned and implemented in this format to match the requirements of modern culture. But yoga is not an exercise. While practicing the exercise you are doing opening up the muscles while doing yoga asanas, you are opening up that memory and trying to restructure this life toward an ultimate possibility never explored by you.

Anybody can teach Yoga

Today in the world of digitization where information is handy everybody has a say on yoga. It is very essential to understand the body anatomy and involvement of the body while practicing yoga. Attending yoga classes for a period of time and successfully doing a few difficult postures do not certify you as a Yoga Instructor. And everybody has its own say on it. Yoga helps you to develop self-awareness and rest all would be an individual experience worth to know.
This is the high time to quit all these myths and move on for beautiful life experience. It is devotion to the body you dwell in, it is the service to mankind while you share what you have lived as yoga.
